Bentley Motors is a well-known British manufacturer of luxury automobiles, which has had a great history of almost a century. W.O. Bentley founded Bentley Motors in 1919. Since then the company has gone all the way through several changes over decade by decade but still retained its core as an exclusive maker of luxurious automobiles. Bentley Motors made sedans too.

In 2009, Bentley Brooklands was released in only one model, which had great features in sporty design. In order to harden the chassis, the mechanicals of Azure that were convertible, are substituted at the industrial unit by hand-welded roof, which mixes together flawlessly into the bodywork.
The Bentley Brooklands was manufactured in smaller quantities, with a total of only 550 vehicles hitting the market, which made this vehicle so exclusive. So, as expected, the price of the car was higher than one-third of a million dollars. This was expected to be extremely luxurious and the interior design was full of leather on wool carpets, doing full justice to the expectations of the buyers. The inner features include a CD player of 6-disc, phone connection for Bluetooth compatible mobiles, a DVD system, and bottle coolers at rear seat. The latest Brooklands has options of the Level 1 or Level 2 Sports Combination. Level 1 included 5-spoke wheel each of 20-inch and to the bumpers, a dark-tint matrix. Level 2 included the seat facings with diamond-quilted hides, head restraints, steering wheel and headlining.
Almost the same features are being used in 2010 Bentley Brooklands too but with a little improvement. The engine that is used in Brooklands Coupe is 6.8L V-8 which is a twin-turbocharged engine. This is the same engine that has been used in the earlier automobiles such as Arnage and Bentley Azure, but this was designed for more horsepower than the others which is almost 530hp and a torque of 774 lb-ft. As the Brooklands is connected to a gearbox of 6-speed semi-automatic, it is able to accelerate the vehicle to 60 mph in just 5 seconds and can be reached a high speed of 184 mph.

The Bentley Brooklands is even good at safety. For the protection of the passengers, the body shell is prepared with purely steel and with the door beams that are anti-intrusion. The front seats which are for the driver and the passenger are designed in anti-submarine fashion and also have the safety belts that are designed with pre-tensioners. Two airbags are included in the front for the safety of the driver and the passenger and these can be extended to the occupants of the rear seats too. The brake system is assisted by hydraulic brake system.
The technical specifications and other designs are given in brief below:
• Engine: 6.75L
