2010 Chevy Malibu: Take a Sneak peak!
The 2010 Chevy Malibu has been recently unveiled and this killer machine will be quite promising with a good amount of modifications to the existing model. The noticeable improvements in the 2010 Malibu include:
• Dual overhead cam
• Balance Shafts
• Traction Control
• Pressure Monitoring System
• Disc and the Anti lock brakes
• Electronic Stability Control

The Malibu released in the year 2008 offered 2.4 liter inline 4-engine, which produced 126 kilo watts of power and a 3.6 liter V6 that produced 188 kilo watts of power. The Malibu has received the critical praises from the press of The New York Times referring the vehicle as “super Accord”, from the General Motors, and the Car and Driver Magazine stated as “Camry, Beware”.
The model received the award North American cart of the year at the North American International Auto Show in the month of January, 2008. It won the North American COTY Award in the year 2007.
The initial sales of the vehicles crossed the expectations of the sources from the General Motors and were sold equal to the Cadillac CTS and the Buick Enclave models released by the same company. The Malibu after its redesigning in the year 2007 reflecteed increased sale up to 50 percent, thereby increasing the General Motor’s share market by 8.4 percent.

The Malibu from the house of Chevrolet hit the market for the first time in the year 1964. The vehicle falls under the category of mid-sized sedans. It was released as a predecessor to the Chevrolet Beretta and successor to the Chevrolet Celebrity model. The vehicle was redesigned and launched in the year 1997 and is still under production. It is marketed in the countries like Canada, Mexico, United States and the Middle East countries.
The Malibu released in the year 1964 was a sub-series to the Chevrolet Chevelle model. The Malibu were available in the four body styles namely four door sedan, 2-door sport Coupe hardtop, two seat station wagon and the convertible. The space inside the Malibu was more when compared with the 300 Deluxe and the Chevelle 300 models and was made with the vinyl upholstery and pattern cloth.
The Malibu released in the year 1965 was carried with the changes like fixing new grille and the tail part of the vehicle was revised.

The Malibu released in the year 1968 was released as a second generation model and was continued till the year 1972. The body styles of this vehicle were available in four models namely the 4-door station wagon, 2-door convertible, 2-door coupe and in 4-door sedan. The vehicle was redesigned again in the year 1973 and launched as a third generation model. The models released in this period were mid range Malibu, Chevelle Deluxe and the top line Laguna.

The model Deluxe ended its production in the year 1974 and the Malibu model became the entry level vehicle. The Laguna was replaced with the Malibu Classic and Laguna S-3 was launched as a replacement to the SS model and continued its production till 1976. Currently, Chevrolet Monte Carlo is yet another hot option in the market
