The 2010 F430 from the Ferrari will be featured with a radical new styling scheme, reduced body weight, new option of all wheel drive and improved handling from latest adaptive suspension damping system. The 2010 F430 race car will be featured with a V8 engine to match Lamborghini’s Gallardo model. The introduction model of the 2010 F430 is expected to show in the early months of 2009. The starting price of the model will be around $187,925.


The 2010 model will be offered in both the coupe and convertible body styles and will be provided with the standard 6-speed manual transmission. The new F430 will be released as a successor to the Ferrari 360 race car. The new design will be more dynamic and the down force of the vehicle is expected to increase, which helps to provide better driving control. With the powerful engine, the 2010 variant will accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in a time span of just 3.5 seconds.


The sub models that are expected to be offered by the 2010 F430 race car include F430 F1 spider convertible, F430 spider convertible, F430 base coupe, F430 F1 coupe and F430 Scuderia coupe models. All the models will be equipped with the V8 engine, which produces power up to 490 hp. The expected fuel economy of the vehicle will be 11 miles per gallon in the city premises, while 16 miles per gallon on the highway roads.

As far as the 2010 F430 coupe version is concerned, it will come powered by 4.3 liter V8 engine that can produce power up to 360 kilo watts at an angular speed of 8500 rpm and torque of 465 Nm at an angular speed of 5250 rpm. The bore size of the engine will be 92 mm. The stroke and the compression ratio of the 2010 race car will be 82 mm and 11.3 respectively. The engine will be included with four valves per cylinder, variable valve camshaft or timing and double overhead cam.

The features that are expected to be provided in the 2010 F430 coupe model include
• Ceramic brakes,
• Antilock braking system,
• Electronic brake distribution,
• Four disc brakes including four ventilated discs,
• Immobilizer,
• Electronic traction control through engine management and ABS,
• Rear limited slip differential,
• Stability control,
• Driver selectable responsive suspension,
• Tire kit, and
• Wishbone rear and front suspension with coil springs and stabilizer


The exterior of this Ferarri killer machine will be included with painted rear and front bumpers, head light cleaners, passenger and driver power heated painted door mirrors, projector beam lens Bi-Xenon headlamps, luxury trim alloy on gear knob, leather on dashboard and on doors, metallic paint, fixed rear window, tinted glass on cabin, and windshield wipers with variable intermittent wipe.

The wheel base of the 2010 F430 will be 102.4 inches. The length, width and the height of the model will be 177.6 inches, 75.7 inches and 47.8 inches respectively.
