2010 Ford S Max finally revealed

The 2010 Ford S-Max is planned to be launched at the Frankfurt Auto Show in the month of September. There are loads of changes in the car like grille, bonnet and bumper. The rear side of the vehicle looks similar to that of its previous version, except its new LED rear lights.

The 2010 Ford S Max comes powered with the same engine configuration as in the present generation model. It will be offered in four different diesel engines – 2.0 liter TDCi that produces 140 bhp, 1.8 liter TDCi 101 ps, 2.0 liter TDCi engine that produces 131 bhp and 1.8 liter TDCi 126 ps. It will also be offered in two types of petrol engines – the 2.0 liter and 2.0 liter turbo engine models.

The 2010 Ford S Max will feature innovative dynamic exterior design styles, while the front portion of the vehicle remains almost the same as that of the previous model, except the overhaul and the fact that the new one is designed using the kinetic design qualities.

The engine and the interiors of the new 2010 Ford S Max come with no changes. The model is equipped with the sharper and brighter tail-lights and the other variantion in the vehicle include the bumper at the back side. The wheels and the tires are expected to come in the new styles. The new safety features like collision mitigation by automated-braking, adaptive cruise control with forward alert and active suspension system will also be seen in the 2010 Ford S Max.

The latest Ford S Max minivan model will be offered in two different models – the silver magic and the white magic besides the hatchback, coupe-convertible and the magic versions. The exterior of the vehicle comes with the special body-kit that includes the rear apron, front lip spoiler and side skirts. The body kit is also complemented by the 18 inch alloy wheels and chrome-exhaust pipes. The vehicle also provides other needed features for the safety of the passengers and the of course the driver.

The interior features to the 2010 Ford S Max model include -

The 2010 Max model is available in two different gasoline units such as 2.5 liter Turbo engine that produces 220 horse power of energy and the other 2.3 liter normal engine that delivers up to 160 horse power of energy. In addition it also offers a 2.2 liter turbo diesel engine that produces 175 hp of power.

The engine equipped in the vehicle perfectly matches the sporty characteristics of the S Max, thus providing high performance. The engine in the S max is used in the Focus ST car. The car has the seating capacity of up to 7 passengers. The interiors of the S Max provide all the driver oriented technologies that improve the interaction between the vehicle and the driver. Overall, there are many innovative technologies incorporated in the seating, entertainment, interiors, and also the safety standards.
