The Mazda Axela is a C-segment compact car manufactured by Japan’s Mazda Motor Corporation. In year 2004, Axela was introduced in to the market which was a replacement of Mazda Familia. The first generation Mazda was designed by Mazda, Ford and Volvo in 2004 and was received well for its style, performance, interior design and so on. In 2006, Mazda added some more features like introducing automobile piston engine technology and variable intake manifold. This has a good speed though was the lowest-powered design.

In 2007, Mazda released the Axela vehicles with very minor changes in color, interior and exterior design changes etcetera. The Light Emission Device (LED) brake lights were also added. One more was released around spring of 2008 in Canada. And, this one has 2.0L engine instead of the earlier 2.3L engines.
On 19th of November, 2008, Mazda exposed the 2010 Mazda3 sports car at the Los Angeles Auto Show. This new Mazda3 is to some extent bigger than the old one, and the same can be seen in “s” and “i” versions.
The “i” version is power-driven by a 2.0L engine which produces a power of 110kW, that is 148 horsepower. The “s” version is power-driven by a 2.5L engine which produces a power of 125kW that is 167 horsepower and this engine is taken from the earlier Mazda6. Both the engines are also on hand in PZEV versions.

The main aim of Mazda in the redesigning of 2010 Mazda3 is to manufacture a car which would get new buyers for them but without disposing of the features and factors which have been so liked by the present Mazda3 owners. There are a lot of improvements in the interior design, which include heated leather seats, dual-zone with automatic controlling of climate and the headlights which turn when the steering turns accordingly.

The specifications and the salient features of 2010 Mazda Axela are as follows:
• 4-door body style with a seating capacity of 5 which does not require a premium fuel
• front engine with front wheel drive
• sunroof
• wipers with rain-sensing power
• upgraded stereo system
• active navigation system and headlights
• keyless entry, ignition
• air conditioning and many other goodies.
This model brings the feel of fun-driving and is very suitable for those who need large trunk room and good space at the rear seats.
