2010 Ridgeline

The Ridgeline model from the Honda group has not made any changes from its introduction in the model year 2006 till date and it is ready to release its fresh design Ridgeline model for 2010. The 2010 Ridgeline model is a pickup truck compact car that allows accommodating up to 5-passengers in the vehicle. Most of the features are shared with its predecessor model. The new features that come up in the 2010 Ridgeline model include redesigned bumpers at the rear and the front side, new tail lights and dual front fog lights. The new rims come in 18 inches size, but with nice appearance.


The model might come with the new V6 diesel engine. The 2010 Ridgeline model will drop the production of the RTX version. The attracted features in the vehicle are standard AWD, ride balance, passenger comfort in terms of space, build quality and refinement. The features that are considered as defects to the vehicle are its no long bed option, no power train options and acceleration when towing.
The compact pickup truck comes with the four door crew cab model with the standard all wheel drive and the five foot long cargo bed in the vehicle. It comes with many unusual features that are not found in most of the pickup trucks like the crossover design unibody structure and independent rear suspension. The cargo box at the rear side is made with the resistant plastic that is covered with reinforced steel.


The vehicle offers in three different trim levels like the base model RT, top line model RTL and the mid line RTS. The previous generation model was offered in four trim levels and the production of the RTX model has been dropped. The vehicle includes with the 3.5 liter V6 engine that produces up to 250 horse power of energy and comes mated with the five speed automatic transmission. The 2010 model does not provide the off road facility as it comes lacking with the low range gear, instead provides the button locks in a 50 to 50 rear and front split. The compact car comes with the top towing capacity of 5000 lb.

The rear window in the vehicle comes with the normal power sliding center part that is present in the current Ridgeline model. The features like sunroof, heated front seats and the leather upholstery comes in all the models except in the RTL level. The RTL comes with the navigation system as the standard feature. The vehicle comes with front biased providing all wheel drive, powered with the V6 engine. The main aim in producing the 2010 Ridgeline model is to provide a lighter, aerodynamic and fuel efficient car to the market along with all the features provided in other cars.
